I have wanted a Velv’Or ring for a very long time. They’ve been around forever, but for whatever reason I just never pulled the trigger to pick one up. Why? I’m not super sure. I think my main turnoff was that they are plastic 3D printed cock rings but still command a premium price. Having picked up some rings from LeLuv which are decidedly lower quality rings, figured this was a cash grab. Shipping from Europe further raised the price, too.
As an owner of many metal rings and having received a few 3D printed duds before, I suppose I always just figured that 3D printed rings are not all that great. Well, over the years I’ve picked up more 3D printed pieces and some are indeed fantastic quality. In fact, as an avid maker myself, I’m impressed and curious how some of these manufacturers are achieving the awesome finish that they’ve been able to get on these adornments. The JNaja is advertised as the first consumer 3D printed cock ring, which tracks with my memory of when they started hitting the market. What I didn’t realize all these years is the amount of WORK that goes in to making these rings. They are 3D printed in a neutral color and post-process dyed to your color of choice. Aside from the many available colors, they’re available in two finishes: tumbled and polished.
During a long dry spell (no new adornments in the collection), I was browsing (r/CockRingTalk)[https://reddit.com/r/CockRingTalk/] and noticed Jelle had posted a note or two in our community. This was enough to remind me about Velv’Or so I checked out some of the other reddit posts and was very pleased to see how active Jelle is in the community. After a brief messaging back and forth with him, I set out to purchase my first two Velv’Or rings: The JNaja and JNamo.
My polished Vigor Violet colored JNamo arrived a few weeks later. It’s no secret that I love unique and cleverly designed adornments - and the JNamo certainly doesn’t disappoint. The design of this ring was created in collaboration with a renowned designer for 3D printing to resemble the Möbius strip. It features two rings that organically flow around the circumference of the cock ring. The first ring makes the usual 360 degree turn while the second completes three full revolutions. As the long “tentacled” rings travel, they subtly curve up and down as well as in and out to give the rings the appearance of rotating around each other. It’s probably the most uniquely designed cock ring I have ever seen. Similar to JNaja, JNamo “bends” back from top to bottom as well as back from side to side. The “tail” presses on your perineum. The polished finish is stunning and the Vigor Violet color is exactly the color purple I had hoped for. The design of this finished piece does not strike me anything like other 3D printed rings. It is brilliant.
There’s no need to agonize over sizing for JNamo - it’s available only in 47.5mm (1.875") version! Interestingly, I measured the practical inner diameter at 45mm (1.75") with my custom-made cock ring measuring step gauge. It almost wanted to go around the 47.5mm gauge, but that would have required far more force than appropriate - potentially damaging this beautiful ring. I have a strong suspicion that this is due to the shape of the ring. With so many sweeps and swirls, it’s impossible to get an exact measurement. Keep this in mind if you are interested in pursuing JNamo. Jelle’s other sizes fit quite true to size, but this one does seem to fit a half size down.
When worn, this adornment looks a bit like braided rope around your manhood. It’s particularly handsome in this Vigor Violet color. It otherwise does wear very similarly to JNaja with the imperceptible difference being that the “tail” is a little wider and not as pronounced as it presses on your perineum. If you’re a collector of special or unique cock rings, I don’t think it’s possible to consider your collection complete (or even admirable) without adding JNaja to it. The design is completely unique and not like anything you have already. Go get one, and stop by Reddit to say Hi to Jelle, too!
